Terms of Service

These general terms and conditions govern the use of mediactic.com and the services offered by Mediactic. By using this website or ordering our services, you agree to these terms.

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Use and Terms of Sale define the conditions for accessing and using mediactic.com, as well as the terms of sale for services offered by Mediactic.

Article 2 — Services Offered

Mediactic offers the following services:

  • Website creation: showcase sites, e-commerce, booking pages — delivered in 72 hours, starting at €390
  • Online advertising: Google Ads campaigns, creation and optimization
  • Search engine optimization (SEO): technical optimization, content, local SEO
  • Google Business Profile: creation, optimization, and management
  • Maintenance subscriptions: hosting, security, updates, and modifications

Article 3 — Pricing and Payment

Pricing

Service prices are listed in euros (€) and are available on the Pricing page. Prices may be modified at any time; services are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order.

Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required upon ordering website creation services
  • The balance is due upon delivery of the website
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually (with a 10% discount)
  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer or credit card

Late Payment

In case of late payment, late payment penalties will be applied in accordance with applicable legislation. Mediactic reserves the right to suspend services in case of non-payment.

Article 4 — Delivery

Delivery times are provided as estimates. Mediactic commits to delivering websites within 72 business hours from receipt of all necessary materials (content, images, approved brief).

The client commits to providing the necessary materials within the agreed timeframe. Any delay in providing materials may result in a postponement of the delivery date.

Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution began with the prior express consent of the consumer.

For services not yet started, the client has 14 days from the order date to exercise their right of withdrawal by contacting Mediactic by email at contact@mediactic.com.

Article 6 — Revisions and Modifications

The number of revisions included depends on the chosen pack:

  • Starter Pack: final delivery with no revision included
  • Pro Pack: 1 revision included
  • Business Pack: 2 revisions included

Any additional revision will be charged at the current rate. Modification requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

Article 7 — Liability

Mediactic commits to providing all necessary care and diligence in delivering its services. The liability of Mediactic is limited to the amounts actually paid by the client for the service in question.

Mediactic shall not be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of revenue, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services.

Article 8 — Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client becomes the owner of the delivered website. Mediactic retains the right to mention the project in its portfolio, unless the client objects in writing.

The tools, methods, and expertise developed by Mediactic remain its exclusive property. Third-party software licenses are subject to their own terms and conditions.

Article 9 — Data Protection

Mediactic commits to processing personal data in accordance with the GDPR. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

Article 10 — Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts of Strasbourg shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
